Office Description:
With offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey, we provide a range of services to help U.S. companies do business in Mexico including market intelligence, due diligence on prospective partners, business matchmaking, counseling on export mechanics, and U.S. government advocacy.
Description of the Work
Support appointments, events, and special projects. This includes helping maintain CS Mexico event calendars, arrange conferences, and manage communications and correspondence in English and Spanish.
Assist Commercial Specialists in basic industry research, scheduling meeting for fee-based services, and supporting trade events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and trade missions.
Handle telephone and email inquiries in English and Spanish, such as providing contact information of U.S. companies and commercial organizations, basic information on exporting to Mexico, and promoting CS Mexico services and products.
Desired Skills
- At least two years of university studies in International Relations, International Business, Economics, Marketing, or Logistics.
- Must be enrolled in an academic program at the time of application.
- Requires Level III (Good Working Knowledge) Spanish and Level IV (Fluent) English.
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- A partial background check is required by the U.S. Government, which consists of: Fair Credit Report, and fingerprint charts.
