Board of Directors

Chair
Erik Bradley
he/him
Erik studies MS&E (MS, 26) and Political Science (BA, 25), and is incredibly excited to serve as SIG's Chair for the upcoming year. Previously, he worked in Tokyo at the Mistubishi Research Institute on healthcare projects, spent a quarter in D.C. as an intern at the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, and initiated a class on state health policy. Talk to him about anything, but he’s particularly interested in healthcare reform, energy startups, and agriculture technology in the Netherlands. Outside of class, find him hiking, at the gym, or working towards an EMT certification.

Chief of Staff
Ben Kinder

Ben ('26) is a senior majoring in Public Policy as well as Data Science & Social Systems. Having previously served as SIG's financial officer the past two years, Ben is excited to take on this new role as Chief of Staff! Beyond SIG, he is an honors student at the Center for Democracy, Development, and the rule of law, a research assistant in the Politics and Social Change Lab and is especially interested in political psychology and behavior. True to his Pacific Northwest roots, outside of classes you can probably find Ben out in nature hiking, biking, and skiing. Ben also loves music and plays the French horn in the Stanford Wind Symphony.

Avery Miller

Avery Miller ('26) is a senior studying International Relations and minoring in Modern Languages (French/Spanish). She's most interested in global development and international law and has previously worked with nonprofits and legal organizations. Since joining in sophomore year, she has enjoyed working on the programming branch and served as a director last year. This year as a Chair of Operations she hopes to foster a great community among members and help SIG take full advantage of all the campus connections the club has! Outside of SIG, Avery participates in other law and service-related clubs and likes baking, playing sports with friends, and crafty projects in her free time.

Victoria Tuffour

Victoria Tuffour (‘26) is a senior from Aurora, Colorado, studying biology. This year, she aims to foster a safe and welcoming SIG environment where all can feel comfortable and supported. Victoria is very passionate about biology and policy work, and plans on going into health policy in the future. Victoria is also passionate about justice and equity, and works to support communities of color and marginalized identities. This year, she looks forward to her work as Stanford ACLU Co-President, Vice Chair of Operations for SIG, and her work in the Cui Lab as a research assistant. In her free time, Victoria enjoys listening to music, hanging out with friends, and listening to the NPR politics podcast!

Director, Community, Inclusion, and Belonging
Carmen Luna

Carmen Luna ('28) is a sophomore at Stanford University studying Political Science and Chicanx/Latinx Studies, with hopes of pursuing a career in public interest law. She is passionate about using the law as a tool for social justice, a commitment she began cultivating through her participation in the Young Lawyers Program at Loyola Marymount University. Carmen currently serves as a near-peer college advisor with Matriculate, where she supports low-income students throughout the college application process. As Director of Community, Inclusion, and Belonging for Stanford in Government (SIG), Carmen works to foster an environment where members feel genuinely welcomed and valued to lead. Outside of SIG, Carmen enjoys reading political novels, spending time with friends, and watching her favorite tv shows/sports.

Kaser Singh Chowdhary

Kaser Singh Chowdhary (’28) is a sophomore interested in Political Science and Symbolic Systems. On campus, he has conducted research with Lifting the Bar on school reentry for justice-involved youth and serves as an Undergraduate Editor for the Stanford Journal of Law, Economics & Business. As Director of Service Programs for Stanford in Government, Kaser is excited to expand opportunities for students to engage in meaningful service and make a positive impact beyond campus. Outside of SIG, he enjoys playing soccer, paddleboarding, learning guitar, and supporting Manchester United.

Paulina Huang

Paulina ('28) is an undergraduate at Stanford University with a prospective major in Data Science and Social Systems. Her interdisciplinary interests in quantitative methods, economic analysis, and politics drive her research in global opportunity disparities. Her current research focuses on analyzing learning gaps and informing education policy in marginalized communities. Paulina comes from the D.C. Metro area. Prior to coming to Stanford, she has competed in Speech and Debate, digitized over 200 primary documents as a volunteer with the Civil War Interpretive Center at Historic Blenheim, and has worked with Georgetown Law Students to analyze how international and domestic policy interacts with the developing commercial space sector.

Devin Abrahams (‘28) is a rising Sophomore studying Political Science with a minor in Classical Languages. Devin has experience working on local campaigns throughout the Bay Area. Caitlyn Park

Caitlyn Park (’28) is a sophomore studying International Relations from the Los Angeles area. As the Director of University Partnerships, she is excited to help SIG form strong bonds with research centers, student organizations, and university offices. She is also an executive member of Stanford Women in Politics and is a founding member of the Stanford Community Emergency Response Team. Christina Cheng

Christina Cheng (’26) is a senior majoring in History, minoring in Chinese and coterming in Computer Science on the Computer and Network Security track. She spent this past summer working at the Cyber Statecraft Initiative at the Atlantic Council in Washington DC. She spent previous summers studying Chinese at Tsinghua University in Beijing and working at the China Studies Centre at Riga Stradins University in Riga, Latvia. On campus, she is a research assistant to Professor Richard Roberts and Professor Pedro Regalado in the History department as well as Dr. Oriana Skylar Mastro at FSI. In her free time, she enjoys playing trumpet, watching the 49ers and Warriors, and sweating while eating hot pot.

Ellaheh Gohari

Ellaheh Gohari ('28) is a sophomore studying Science, Technology, and Society on the Social Dynamics of Data track, with a minor in Creative Writing. Originally from South Florida, she spent the last summer leading a data analysis project at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's office to determine the efficacy of a bootcamp program for young criminals. She also volunteered with an education equity nonprofit. At Stanford, Ellaheh is a Cardinal Careers Student Assistant and Stanford Daily contributor. She is most happy surrounding herself with purple things while watching iconic movies with her friends. Barring that, she enjoys a warm cookie and a well-crafted classic rock playlist.

Lisa ('27) is a junior pursuing majors in History and Science, Technology, and Society with minors in Human Rights and International Relations. She is passionate about the intersection of global public health and environmental sustainability. As Vice Chair of Programming, she is looking forward to welcoming speakers from a diverse range of backgrounds and perspectives to campus. Outside of SIG, she can be found visiting art galleries, roller skating, or fountain hopping!

Jack Norman ('27) is a Junior majoring in Public Policy and minoring in music. He enjoys hiking, playing basketball, singing, and creating board games. Jack is excited to serve as SiG's Director of Academic Programming.

Sanaya Robinson-Shah

Sanaya ('28) is a rising sophomore studying International Relations. Sanaya is passionate about education equity and economic development and believes each is essential for the other and seeks to improve both globally. This summer, she interned for an investigative newsroom in London and hiked Machu Picchu. As director of public policy forum, Sanaya hopes to foster an open environment of riveting debate and improve members' confidence with public speaking. Outside of SIG, Sanaya loves to run, swim in the sea, play cards, and watch Wes Andersons or rom coms.

Amari Luu

Amari ('28) is a sophomore from Colorado Springs majoring in History. An avid writer, Amari has published World War II books as well as a children's book series. He also runs his own card game company where he designed a college admissions game and is in the process of making a humorous food related game. Amari gained his interest in government through debate in high school and has worked in nonpartisan political lobbying before, interacting with several senators, the speaker of the house, and ambassadors.

Tracy Nguyen (’25) is a coterminal master student in public policy. She previously majored in political science. Sunmit Hallur

Sunmit Hallur (’28) is a sophomore studying Economics with a minor in Civil Rights History. On campus, he is engaged in research, policy, and advocacy work that explore the intersections of law, technology, and equity, building bridges between academic inquiry and public impact. Off campus, Sunmit has pursued opportunities in public service and storytelling, including political engagement, community-based initiatives, and documentary projects that highlight underrepresented voices and histories. These experiences have deepened his commitment to understanding how policy and narrative can work together to advance justice. Outside of SIG, you can find Sunmit playing electric guitar or in the gym.

Selina Marton

Selina Marton ('27) is a junior at Stanford majoring in International Relations, alongside a minor in Psychology. She is incredibly passionate about the intersection of governance, human rights, and migration, which led her to Bosnia this past summer to study reconciliation and memorialization in a post-conflict society and to work with Freedom for Immigrants in developing pro-se legal resources for detained immigrants. Outside of academics, she enjoys ice skating with Stanford’s club figure skating team, reading, and sharing her love for her hometown of Florence, Italy. She can’t wait to help create opportunities for students to explore public service through SIG!

Princess ('28) is studying human biology on the Mind and Behavior Track. She was a Haas Education Partnership Fellow of summer 2025, and is incredibly passionate about addressing endemic inequality and shortcomings in our education system. Princess hopes to bring her passion to her SIG role in Stipends and uplift students motivated to make the world a better place. Emmett Chung ('27) is a junior majoring in history. He has been a member of StanfordVotes since freshman year and is excited to co-chair the organization. He is passionate about political polarization, law, and the intersection between politics, technology, and social identity. Returning for his third year with StanfordVotes, Jacob is thrilled to help co-lead the organization and continue fostering excitement around civic engagement in different communities on campus. Outside of StanfordVotes, Jacob serves as the Social Sciences Lead for Stanford Democracy Day, a peer advisor for the Political Science department, and a massive Bay Area sports fan.

Sofia Williams ('28) is a sophomore from the Los Angeles area studying Political Science. This is her second year in StanfordVotes. As Director of Voter Education, she is passionate about removing educational barriers to voting, especially among young people. Outside of StanfordVotes, Sofia is a News Managing Editor at the Stanford Daily and a member of the Democracy Day Executive Team. She is interested in political journalism, electoral systems, and international law. In her free time, she enjoys reading literary fiction, trying new coffee shops, and curating Spotify playlists.

Helen Scarborough

Helen Scarborough ('28) is a sophomore from Boulder, Colorado, studying economics and psychology. During her second year in SIG, she is excited to connect with voters and non-voters alike, hoping to find new ways to invigorate civic engagement at Stanford. Helen is passionate about meeting voters where they are and exploring how environmental and social factors contribute to voter misinformation, disengagement, and apathy. This past summer, she worked for a county department of human services where she redesigned the customer survey and gained insight into frustrations community members have with government that can fuel disengagement. In her free time, Helen enjoys dancing, reading, long walks, and warm tea.

Audrey Fan ('28) is a sophomore from the Bay Area studying Electrical Engineering and Public Policy. She spent the summer interning at the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office and is passionate about reforming the justice system, democratizing artificial intelligence regulation, and advancing socioeconomic mobility through education. As Director of External Relations, Audrey is excited to leverage StanfordVotes’s platform to connect with surrounding communities and promote civic engagement. Outside of SIG, she loves reading, hiking, and dancing with the Cardinal Ballet Company.

Supriya Patel (’28) is a sophomore from Sacramento, California studying Political Science with a minor in Human Rights. A longtime community organizer, she has experience advocating for human rights and climate justice on the local and international levels. This past summer, she interned with the Center for Applied Nonviolent Actions and Strategies, a global organization that studies nonviolent social movements and trains pro-democracy activists living under autocratic regimes. On campus, Supriya is involved with Stanford ACLU, Democracy Day, and the Earthtones Festival. In her free time, she loves to read, spend time outdoors, and sample overpriced matcha lattes.
